1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
2. Shipping Provider
We ship all orders via The Courier Guy for fast and reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard delivery — R120 nationwide
- Express delivery — R185 via The Courier Guy
- Free standard shipping on all orders of R1000 and up
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays outside of our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy's tracking portal.
6. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Rally360 cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
