iPhone 12 and newer work natively with the magnetic head — no case needed (though we recommend a MagSafe-compatible case for extra security). Older iPhones and Android phones work with the included magnetic ring adapter — a thin metal disc that sticks to the back of your phone or inside your case. Tested with iPhone 12–16 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S series, Google Pixel, Huawei P series, and most magnetic cases from Spigen and ESR.

No. The N52 magnets in the phone head hold 5kg of force — strong enough that your phone will not detach during a normal padel session, even with vibrations from balls hitting the glass nearby. Across our beta testing across SA padel venues, we recorded zero phone drops in over 200 hours of session time.

No. The suction cup is court-safe industrial silicone, tested across 1,000+ mount cycles. It leaves zero residue, won't scratch the glass, and won't damage any tempered or laminated padel court surface. We recommend a quick wipe with the included microfibre cloth before mounting for best suction.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Rally 360 orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in resaleable condition (with original packaging). Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
